SHANDONG WORLDBEST SHANTUO CO.,LTD. was established on Oct. 2006. Its former is Shandong Tractors Plant which was set up in 1960. so, we have over 60 years production experience and manufacturing technique. We are one of the important manufacturing base of large and medium horse power tractors or matching engines. Currently, we have two solely-funded subsidiaries (engine company and forging company) and one branch plant as well as 10 directly-governed workshops (gear, large piece, small piece, pressing, chasis, digital control, general assembly, and equipment etc.), totaling 460 million Yuan. there are 4000 plus staff totally. The plant occupies a land area of 1.07 million Square meters, 480 thousand square meters of which are for production management. Also, we have 40-plus processing flow lines and 2800 pcs of machines as well as a total of 1000 technicians. Because we are strong in technical force, and advanced in process design, perfect in quality guarantee system and complete in test approaches, we have successfully passed ISO9001 Quality System Certification.
The backbone products of enterprise include 70 plus kinds of TS and KM large and medium hp series tractors and 40 kinds of FD two or four cylinder diesel engines, as well as some other matching farm implements. The annual production capacity can respectively reach 25 thousand and 20 thousand. Meanwhile, the power range of our products range from 20 to 120hp, so, we are regarded as the enterprise in China which has the wide applications and most varieties. TS and FD both enjoy high reputation and popularity among market.
Supported by the deep accumulation of 50 years in farm machines, we set up the marketing concept of ¡°customer-oriented¡± to carefully forge an excellent marketing team and further improve our marketing network. Currently, there are about 200 distribution points around China. Also, we have set up long-term partnership with local distributors. In international market, we export to 60 countries and regions including USA, Canada, Russia, Southeast Asia, Africa etc. accounting for close to one third of our total sales volume.
In recent 50 years, we always adhere to the management concept of ¡°all for customers and credit as priority¡± to continuously improve our comprehensive competitive force. Now, in China we are ranked top in the industry of farm machinery. We have been evaluated as Demonstration Enterprise of Management in Shandong, and as Double Top 50 Enterprises of Shandong in sales revenue and total tax in successive 5 years and won the title of Provincial Civilization Unit in 16 successive 16 years. (1) currently, we have mature technology for 80-120 hp tractors. The experts predict that China market will need 1.2 million large and medium hp tractors in recent 5 years. In order to expand the production capacity, we are willing to conduct cooperation in such ways as joint management, joint venture, cooperation, stock participation, stock control etc. in production of 80-120hp tractors, with annual production capacity of 5000 pcs.
(2) Project of Engine Company
We have 40 years of production experience in two cylinder engine, and 10 years of production experience in four cylinder engine. In order to improve the competitive edge of company, we are willing to produce 30-160hp high reliable, low emission, low noise and low oil consumption and large torque diesel engine for large and medium tractors, or engineering machinery or large medium combined harvester in cooperation with any person by joint, joint venture or others.
(3) Project of Forging Branch Plant
Company has over 30 years of forging production experience, and accumulated adequate equipment capacity, reaching annual production of 20 thousand tons. We hope develop wide cooperation to update equipment and improve the production capacity.
(4) Project of technical cooperation: introduce advanced mechanical manufacturing technology, develop new products in cooperation, and provide various technical service and talent training to external
